During the weekdays, we reserve our time for back-office work, including consultations, email/new inquiry responses, and editing. Our office hours during the week are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

On weekends, we're dedicated to sessions! Any new inquiries will be responded to promptly on Monday mornings.

Expect your beautifully crafted images to be delivered within 2-3 weeks, allowing us to ensure every detail reflects the essence of your story. Depending on the project and image count, delivery can be longer. If you are in need of your images sooner than later, we can have them delivered within an expedited time at an additional fee.

Yes, there is a, at minimum, 30% non-refundable retainer in order to lock in your session. If you book your session less than 3 days of your shoot, 100% of payment and an additional fee will be due at the time you receive your proposal.

This does not apply to specials or mini sessions.
