You can schedule your session as soon as you complete the first step in our process by finalizing your proposal. Sessions are available starting two weeks from that date.
If you have a specific date in mind that’s less than two weeks away, a $125 expedited booking fee will apply.
How far in advance should I Book my project?

Yes, we offer hair and makeup services! For personal branding and individual headshot sessions, you can add it to your proposal, and our stylist will be on-site for your session. For commercial headshots, there’s a flat rate for having the stylist available, and anyone who opts in for the service will be included on the final invoice sent to the company or paying party.

What should I wear for my session?

Absolutely! Bringing props or including pets - we love pets - can add a personal touch to the photos. Discuss these ideas in your consultation as every location has different policies. So we want to make sure we find one that is pet friendly!
Can I bring Props or include my pet in my session?

Most of our sessions are done in a studio, but we’re happy to accommodate other locations based on your needs. Sessions can take place in your home office, outdoors for natural light, or at your place of business.
Commercial headshots are typically done onsite but can also be arranged in a studio to bring your office to us. If you’d like a variety of looks, additional locations can be added to your session.
Where will my session take place?

Expect your beautifully crafted images to be delivered within 2-3 weeks, allowing us to ensure every detail reflects the essence of your story.
Depending on the project and image count, delivery can be longer. If you are in need of your images sooner than later, we can have them delivered within an expedited time at an additional fee.

What if I am not photogenic?

Yes, there is a, at minimum, a 30% non-refundable retainer in order to lock in your session. If you book your session less than 10 days before your shoot, 100% of payment and an additional fee will be due at the time you receive your proposal.
This does not apply to specials or mini sessions. 100% due upon booking.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

Give us all of it! While we strive for a particular style, we fully recognize that this is your project. So we want to make sure we get as much of your input to help us bring your vision to life. The more you share, the better! However, if you tell us "we trust you", rest assured, that is music to our ears.
How much input do i get?

Absolutely! We offer minor retouching like blemish removal and skin removal for every photo. Detailed retouching such as wrinkle removal (skin + clothing), teeth whitening, eye enhancements, etc are available at an additional cost. We do not "make anyone look skinny", however, with our posing we'll find that angle that works best for you!
Do you provide retouching and can you make me look skinny?
